A. Please send your payment to my Paypal id and send an email with the products you need to my communication email id. The pdfs will be emailed to you usually within a few hours.

Q. How do I purchase your physical products?

A. You have to send me an email with your requirements. Once I confirm they are in stock, then can send payment via Paypal. Then the product will be shipped to you within a day. The accompanying pdf instructions will be mailed to you within a few hours.

Q. What is your Refund Policy?

A. There is no policy because there will be no refunds.

Q. What do I do if I receive a defective product?

A. That will be replaced to you at no cost for you.
